New Balance are gearing up to celebrate the 35 years of the 1500, with special releases like the U1500PUL.

Few shoes measure-up to the mighty New Balance 1500 when it comes to youthful looks. At a sprightly 35 years-young, the 1500 has been one of the best looking shoes on the market since 1989.

With such a perfect starting point, there's not much needed to create a stellar shoe and New Balance's design team knew that. By all means quite a very New Balance spec colour palette, the model wears a mix of Plum Wine, with varying shades of grey. To set things off, they've thrown in some neon yellow accents, because why not?
